As a Senior Operator, I work with investors, Family Offices, Private Equity firms and portfolio companies through complex transitions — particularly Post-Merger Integration, carve-outs, transformation, restructuring and Business-IT Alignment.

My role begins where strategic decisions need to become operational reality — when organisations require stability, transparency, governance and disciplined execution.

I bring more than 30 years of leadership experience across business, transformation, processes, systems and IT. My particular strength lies at the interfaces — aligning different interests, functions and stakeholders around a common objective and turning complexity into coordinated action.
